How soon can a plan start?
Foundation and Growth typically start within a week. Scale needs a short onboarding window so we can connect the systems we will be running. The Site Health Check can start immediately.
What does IDS do, and how is it different from Doman Digital?
IDS sells the website as an ongoing service — built on our managed stack (or migrated onto it), hosted, watched, secured, and improved every month on a monthly subscription. For new builds (Category B), the codebase transfers to the client after their earn-out period. Doman Digital is the sister studio for fully bespoke website builds: fixed project price, owned from day one, no subscription required. The deciding question is whether you want the site as a service that earns you ownership over time (IDS) or as a one-off project owned day one at a project price (Doman Digital).
Do you build new websites?
Yes. We build new business sites on our managed stack from a niche template for your sector (Category B). One-off Launch Fee starts at £399, then a monthly plan covers everything else. The frontend code transfers to you after your earn-out period — 36 months on Foundation, 24 on Growth, 18 on Scale. For a fully bespoke build owned day one at a fixed project price, that sits with Doman Digital.
