What does the report look like?
A written document. Each finding is described in plain language, given a priority (critical, high, medium, low), and paired with a specific action. You do not need a developer to read it.
How long does it take?
You receive the written report within 5 UK business days of payment. If anything urgent comes up during the check, we flag it immediately rather than waiting for the report.
Do I have to take a plan afterwards?
No. The report is yours regardless of what you do next. If you decide to fix things yourself or use another provider, the findings still stand.
What does the £199 credit cover?
The £199 fee is credited against your first invoice if you take a Foundation, Growth, or Scale plan within 60 days. It applies to Foundation, Growth, or Scale — not to add-ons.
Does it matter who built my site?
No. The check works on any site regardless of who built it. If you decide to move it onto an IDS plan after the check, the Launch Fee is waived for sites that already exist (Category A) — the Health Check credit still applies to your first invoice on top.
