IDS vs pay-monthly website companies
Pay-monthly website companies typically rent you a template site with no ownership path and a multi-year contract you can't easily leave. IDS has no minimum term on any plan, and Growth and Scale clients earn full code ownership over time — or can buy out early at a published rate. You're never locked into a site you can't take with you.

Can I start with Doman Digital and move to an IDS plan later, or the other way round?
Yes. Doman Digital builds hand off to IDS's existing-site plan with no launch fee, since the build is already paid for. If you start on an IDS new-build subscription and later want a full bespoke rebuild, Doman Digital can take that on.
What happens if I cancel an IDS plan?
No minimum term. Cancel any time. Your plan stops renewing and the current month is not refunded. No exit fee. Your domain, accounts, and content stay with you either way.
