Google Business Profile · Add-on

Your Google Business Profile, run every month.

£99/month, on top of a Foundation, Growth, or Scale plan. Monthly posts, photo updates, Q&A responses, and review monitoring — the work most local businesses know they should do but rarely keep up with.

Who it is for

GBP management fits if any of these sound like you

Local service businesses

Trades, beauty and wellness, professional services, hospitality — businesses where most customers find you through a local Google search and your Profile is doing real selling work.

Owners who already know the Profile matters

You know the Profile is important. You also know that posting to it weekly, replying to Q&A, and keeping photos current is the kind of work that always slips when you are busy with the day job.

Sites whose IDS plan does the rest

Foundation, Growth, or Scale already runs your site. Adding GBP management means the same studio handles the surface where most of your enquiries actually start.

Scope

What GBP management covers each month

Monthly posts

Four GBP posts a month — offers, updates, photos of recent work, seasonal notes. Posts are drafted, scheduled, and published; you see each one before it goes live if you want to.

Photo and information updates

Profile photos, opening hours, service area, attributes, and category settings are reviewed monthly and updated as your business changes. Outdated information is the most common reason a Profile is quietly ignored by Google.

Q&A monitoring and responses

Questions posted to your Profile are monitored. We draft responses in your voice and send them to you for approval (or post directly, your call). Unanswered questions look like an absent owner; answered ones do the opposite.

Review monitoring

You are alerted to every new review within the working day. We draft response wording for you to send under your name — both for positive reviews and (especially) for negative ones, where the response often matters more than the review itself.

Monthly summary

A short note at the end of each month: what was posted, what was updated, what was responded to, and what we noticed in the Profile insights worth flagging.

Pairing

Which plan to pair this with

GBP management runs alongside a plan. Each pairing gives the overall service a different shape.

With Foundation (most common)

The site stays safe and handled; the Profile stays active and current. Together they cover the two surfaces a local prospect actually encounters.

With Growth

The Profile drives discovery; Growth keeps the site improving on the queries that traffic lands on. The combination compounds over the year.

With Scale

Scale runs the pipeline that converts enquiries into booked customers; GBP makes sure there are enquiries to convert in the first place.

What is not included

What sits outside GBP management

  • Review generation — actively asking customers to leave reviews after their service. That is a separate product (in pilot — ask if interested).
  • Paid advertising of any kind. Google Ads sits in Ad management.
  • SEO work on your website itself. That sits in the SEO retainer or, lighter-touch, in Growth.
  • Generating reviews from people who have not actually used your service. We will not do this; it is against Google policy and bad business.
  • Listings management beyond your Google Business Profile (Bing Places, Apple Maps, directory citations). Scoped separately if you want it.

FAQs

Common questions about GBP management

Why pay for this when I could do it myself?

You could. Most owners do not, consistently, because posting weekly and replying to Q&A are jobs that lose the priority queue every time something more urgent comes up. £99/month buys back the time and the consistency.

How is this different from review generation?

GBP management is about running the Profile that you already have — keeping it active and current, responding to what already comes in. Review generation is about actively requesting reviews from customers after a service, which is a different workflow and a different product (currently in pilot).

Do I need a website plan to take this?

Yes. GBP management is an add-on alongside Foundation, Growth, or Scale. Without a plan, ongoing changes to the site that the Profile points to would not be supported, and the two surfaces would drift out of sync.

Who actually drafts the posts?

Dimz, or a small trusted team where the volume requires it. Posts are drafted from a monthly brief that you can review at the start of each month, or you can leave the choices to us. The point is consistency, not approval friction.

How quickly will I see results?

A consistently active Profile usually starts moving in search visibility within 4 to 8 weeks. Specific outcomes (more calls, more visits, more direction requests) depend on the Profile insights, the category, and the local competition — we report on what is actually moving rather than guaranteeing a number.

What if I cancel?

No minimum term. Cancel any time — your plan stops renewing and the current month is not refunded. No exit fee. Your Profile and reviews are yours — they were always yours. We stop posting and monitoring on the cancellation date.
