Every month

Up to 30 minutes of content changes: copy edits, swapped images, updated contact details, opening hours, or a price on a service line. A plain written report lands in your inbox.

Common questions about Foundation

What counts as "content changes"?

Small edits to existing pages: copy tweaks, swapped photos, updated phone numbers, opening hours, prices on a service line. Up to 30 minutes per month, which is the allowance for the current month only. Anything larger gets quoted before we start.

What does "critical issue" mean?

A critical issue is the site being down or unreachable, enquiry or checkout forms not working, or a security vulnerability being actively exploited. Slow performance, cosmetic faults, and content requests are not critical issues.

How quickly do you respond?

A named contact replies within 1 UK business day on Foundation. Critical issues are fixed within 2 UK business days. Growth and Scale operate to tighter targets.

When does it make sense to move up to Growth?

When you want the site to get measurably better month over month, rather than simply staying alive. Growth adds 3 hours of monthly improvement work, analytics set up properly, on-page SEO upkeep, and a tighter response SLA. You can change tier any month.

Is there a fee at the start?

For an existing site (Category A) there is no Launch Fee. For a new site we build for you (Category B), the one-off Launch Fee is £399 and covers the build, configuration, and deployment from our niche template for your sector. From month one the plan covers everything else.

Do I own the site?

If you already had the site when we took it over, you already own it. If we built it for you (Category B), the frontend code transfers to you after 36 months of continuous paid subscription — you can keep it on our Hosting-only plan (£75/month) or self-host. Until then, keeping it working is our responsibility.

What happens if I cancel?

No minimum term. Cancel any time — your plan stops renewing and the current month is not refunded. No exit fee. Your domain, accounts, and content stay with you. We agree a clean cutover date in writing.
