Do you build trade websites from scratch?
IDS does not. Builds are handled by Doman Digital (our sister studio). IDS picks the site up once it is live and runs it on a monthly plan. If you need a new site built, we will refer you to Doman Digital and the IDS plan starts when the site launches.
My site is on WordPress. Can IDS run it?
The IDS WaaS template is Next.js, not WordPress. If your current site is on WordPress, Doman Digital handles the migration as a one-off project (typically two to four weeks). Once migrated, IDS picks it up. We do not maintain WordPress sites in their original form.
How much of my time does this take?
Onboarding takes about 30 minutes of your time (a short questionnaire). After that, IDS sends you a monthly health report (you read it in 2 minutes), and you only need to engage when you want to change something on the site — email Dimz and it gets done within the month.
Can IDS take my Checkatrade / Which? Trusted Trader badge and make it more visible?
Yes. Badges and accreditations live in the trust strip on the homepage. Send us the badge files during onboarding and we add them prominently. On Growth and Scale plans we periodically re-test where they sit on the page to see which placement actually moves enquiry rate.
What happens when the phone rings off-site and I miss a call from a website enquiry?
Scale plan adds an instant auto-acknowledgement on every contact form submission and routes the enquiry to your phone via WhatsApp or SMS within seconds. The customer knows you got it; you can call back when you are off the ladder.
